@TheoO18 i know i have exactly the same problem. Something about needing rocketmenu or rocketbar!!! I cannot get that flash menu on the top of the site
what’s he’s not saying is the layout and plugins are necessary to get the css to look like that. yes everyone can do the backend part, but the actual page needs plugins to have drop down menus.
Do you need a plugin for that? I am trying to do this , I do the same exact thing but the submenu only appears under the menus on the right , not on the main top menu
When I create a sub-menu item it doesn’t display in a dropdown, just moves to the far right of the menu list, going off the screen. I had to use Legacy horizontal list as the only other options were for verticals.
Afterburner theme looks very nice – and its free!
As a wordpress user, i am thinking of switching over to joomla.
Awesome cms. Well, i guess i can have both.
I’m now legally blind from trying to focus on what you’re doing on this tiny, tiny, tiny video. Ever seen the Dr. Seuss cartoon where all those little people are screaming “we are here” again and again. I feel their pain.
Thanks for the clear and helpful video tutorial! I’m glad there are people like you out there to help us newbies! Thanks again!
Excellent. Wanted to learn how to create straight-forward drop-downs for a long time.
QUESTION:what did u do to get the HORIZONTAL MENU? (on the top)

Now, it’s just display the content of categories, menu disappears completely !
Could anyone please tell me how to re-create the menu !?
